RETURNS& REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Artemple.Global. Please read the below Returns policy before placing your order as refunds are only offered for faulty goods that do not match the description or do not perform to their function.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please choose carefully as exchanges or returns for change of mind are not offered.

If your item is faulty or damaged, you are required to notify Artemple.Global within 48 hours of receipt and ensure the item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving it. A full refund will be issued upon approval after inspection. 

Artemple.Global reserves the right to deny a refund if the item is not returned in the specified condition. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Artemple.Global will, in the case of purchase of a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly arrange a refund:

 

·      The product proves faulty within 7 days of receiving the product and/or date of invoice;

·      The product received is not the product ordered;

·      The product has been damaged in transit only where delivery has been arranged by Artemple.Global;

·      Products returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

We ask that you choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. It is the buyers' responsibility to inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note unique state artworks contain flaws and imperfections that reflect the unique qualities of handcrafted works of art. The buyer acknowledges upon purchase of these type of artworks that these anomalies are part of the original works and considered marks of the maker and therefore not damages to a product.

We must be notified in writing of any damages upon receipt of goods, including proof of damages during this period. Items will need to be returned within 7 days after sending proof of damage to be considered for full refund. Artemple.Global  does not offer returns or refunds where the client has asked for special delivery via a non-art-courier.

In the case of a refund simply contact us via our contact page with the order number and images of the damaged print. We will then provide the information related to your return.

When sending your return back to us, please print your order number on the outside of the box, re-using the original packaging. Artemple.Global will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping. 

​

It is important to ensure that any handling does not cause damage to your work- avoid touching the print directly as oils and dirt from your hands can damage the artwork and rough treatments can scratch and harm the pigments.

​

Refunds will be issued after the goods have been returned to us. Refunds will only be applied to the credit card or account used for the original transaction. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note, Artemple.Global does not offer exchanges on any items purchased through our online store. It is important if you have any questions at all about an item please contact us. We are happy to give you any additional information about a product.
