Can I commission an artwork?Yes, Artemple.Global specialise in commissioned works that meet your creative visions. The possibilities are endless, from the design of one off, unique state artworks, sculptures, or photographic prints. Artemple.Global can design bespoke artworks for you in harmony with your colour schemes or design features. There are many choices for fine art surfaces - matt, gloss, metallic, canvas, or textured. Contact us for a consultation we can discuss your creative requirements and develop a customised design brief.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, as well as an email directly from Artemple.Global to the email address you have specified on your account. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within 24 hours of ordering. Delivery time is 10-12 business days after payment has been made, (depending on where the delivery is to be made). Faster turnaround can be organised. Unframed prints are sent via a rolled tube within five (5) days of the order being placed. These are generally sent via Australia post. Framed art prints are shipped via a trusted art courier which can take up to fourteen (14) days depending on when the order was placed. Artemple.Global can arrange faster shipping from other couriers, however, this service does not offer insurance on any damages or lost products.

How are delivery costs calculated?Artemple.Global includes packaging and delivery cost in all online orders within Australia. For larger custom orders, we may suggest other freight alternatives and costings. This is worked out on a project-by-project basis. Price quoted includes GST.

Where does Artemple.Global deliver to?Artemple.Global ships Australia wide. We also ship rolled prints internationally. Unfortunately we do not yet offer shipping of framed prints internationally. International shipping quotes can be provided upon request.

What materials do you use for your prints?Our vision is providing unique, handcrafted, contemplative artworks that speak to quality and the hand of the maker. Our printing services are outsourced to master printer at a cutting-edge facility and Australian leader in the production and innovation of archival prints whose customers include institutional clients exhibiting at all the top museums and galleries. Will my prints look exactly the same when they arrive as online?Colour Variations All computer monitors vary in colour therefore the printed artwork may vary slightly from what you have viewed on your monitor. We do not guarantee the exact reproduction of colours. If you’re concerned about colours, please order a small sample swatch printed on the actual paper or canvas for a minimum cost. Please contact us for more information on ordering swatches.

When purchasing online will the proportions of an artwork change?Yes, sometimes the proportions will change slightly with the dimensions. If you would like exact dimensions please contact Artemple.Global before you purchase.
